I use e.g. your "Best ever Waves v5" and "Lights Cfg v4" MODS.
Does the "Twinkle on water effect" not come from the "Lights cfg v4" MOD?

I ask, because in my opinion the "Twinkle on water effect" is a little bit too strong! Is it possible to reduce this effect?
Now it looks like in a sunshine day as lying millions of swarovski diamonds on the water...!
