It was superceded by my SH3 Commander mod but a couple of people have asked for the original version. Steve has posted the link to the subsim downloads section and I'll try and upload it back to Mediafire tonight.
The SH3 Commander mod makes less conflicts with other mods as it overwrites individual lines in basic.cfg rather than replacing the whole file. If you do see a conflict, open up my mod and search for ';WB' then cut that line into your own basic.cfg. I mark all the changes I make to a file with ;WB and usually with the original value so when I bork something up during testing (which happens regularly - just ask jim, steve and the countless others who have patiently helped
unbork my install!) I can revert to a value that works. It also means that people can reverse engineer my mods to help create their own.
