are you 100% sure you are updated to v 1.2? have you patched the game manually?
I ask so because another forum member suffered from glitches
whose symptoms (click to read) seemed quite similar to the ones shown in your screenshot. It resulted that the Ubi autoupdater didn't work, and his game wasn't patched properly.
Before taking any other action I suggest you to check again your game version (top right corner of main menu), you never know
