Wobbly and Bitburger are nice, never had the other two though. If any Germans (or Dutch) are visiting our fair shores soon. . .
And I totally agree with you on temperature, lager beers should be cold, bitter beers should be in the middle, and red wine should be warmed (and decanted and left to 'breathe').
