Hello guys, i cant seem a good mod for what im looking for and so thats why i am here

i am sick and tired of giving a MERCHANT ship 4 torpedoes and its still chugging along like nothing happened. Does anyone know a mod where the torps do more damage without it being to powerful like one shoting battleships?
