You could always check the sticky on commander in the mods section, or the two other threads on the topic within the top few pages.
Not cranky , tired of repeating myself and watching others do the same.
It's a mix of people not taking the time to look, and the forum not having a good index/FAQ.
This game is not new, and there is rarely anything that hasnt been asked before.
I'm guilty too.
