The post below by 9thinfSword mentions;
That MOD by TDW has just been updated again yesterday to version 7.0.1.
The Mediafire server seems to temporarily be having problems and if you can't download it immediately just wait for a while and try again or, prehaps, TDW will place it with another download site.
