If you have installed LSH3 you'll find the profiles in a folder withing JSGME.
Starting the Mod-enabler you select options - and load mod profile.
Just pick the ones you want.
The manual explains what the profiles add. There are many profiles to choose from. They differ in setup and what they add.
Pick the one that suits you game-play!
