Thanks guys it indeed fixed the problem. I guess I´d extracted directly into the MODS folder.
But despite that, the game still feels laggy. I guess its my Macbook Pro´s video card. It´s a good computer but not a very good gaming platform tho. It has only a GeForce GT 330M and it appears that SH5 needs something way stronger.
