could be you don't have IRAI installed correctly or you changed the default difficulty parameters. Did you change any of the difficulty parameters? If not and with the mod installed via JSGME navigate to Silent Hunter 5\data\Scripts\AI and count how many AIX files you see. If there's only 9 then the IRAI mod is not installed correctly.
