Gotta' request for you. Whenever we have a problem like this, specifically a graphics issue, list your system specs and your mod list (if any). Also tell us if you are patched to the 1.2 version of the game.
I understand the graphics flickering and various differences in view from the Binocs, Telescope and the main camera (avatar) view. Sometimes all we can do is improve some of these things because of the huge amount of rendering going on every second. So, if we know if your playing the stock game or a heavily modded game or how compatible your system is, there much more room for finding a workaround or even a cure for the problem.
If your still experiencing this issue, drop in this info and we'll start again.
