I do have a standard digital copy. I'd love to have the hard disk but won't be getting one quite yet. I'll have to contact Ubisoft by phone, I suppose, as I didn't see any bought records under my account on their website, which is very odd...
EDIT: I wrote a ticket for ubisoft to see what I can do to get another download version of the game, since I don't remember what credit card or order number I used before><
