In reading the article and other articles, it appears that it was the sitting on the floor in the children's section that caused concern. Every B&N I have been in has chairs.
I can't condone or condemn B&N until both sides are represented.
I would like to learn more from both sides about this incident though. All we are reading is the man's side and of course from his viewpoint he did nothing wrong.
