Probably not. Germans are mankind's walking bad conscience. However, paying for Palestinians is a EU-hobby. The more you dislike Israel, the more you pay to the Palestinians. It is also to compensate fgor the lack of aid by Saudi Arabia which already stresses its finances by missionising and recruiting in Europe.
