Difficult, no, because I've not been the one doing all the legwork. As far as selling the house, there's no real heavy emotional attachment there, the neighborhood has changed so much that it doesn't look like the place I grew up in any more. None of us want to live there, so basically it was just dead weight that was costing the estate money with every passing month. We're all just happy to get it sold so quickly.
I talked with my sister last night and she is already excited about me buying a place so she can help get it painted and decorated, lol. I hope she's serious, I've never painted anything in my life and wallpaper is a complete mystery.
