Agreed, it's a tricky, sticky situation. I believe the best we can do is use the government to monitor things and take action when someone actually crosses the line. The problem is always where the line actually is and what action government should be allowed to take. That has always been one of my basic tenets: That in any situation government needs to be
allowed to do whatever it does, rather than expected to or trusted to.
