Yeah I ran into that same problem about 2 months ago...Someone
made the newest version available to Sailor Steve and was put on the Download list.
Go to Downloads and at the top bar of Nav. click on Utilities and see JSGME and other tools to work with.
I think the link for the read me is still down though
