That time is the time they will still searching for you after the
last loss of contact.
After your "sthealt meter" become green and still green with no changes, they will be listen for you
that time, 15 min, 5 min, 7 min that you have in that setting.
If you do not reach that time with your minisub green constantly...... they will still hunting for you for ever.
You need to pass that time with the minisub in green contant.
