Hi palatum,

I also use MaGUI and the 3-bearing AOB tool can be found if you first click on the NA (lower right-hand corner) and then move the mouse cursor all the way to the right of the screen (you should see the brown edge of the tool sticking out from the side), and the tool will slide out from the right.

I don't have the game open right now, but I seem to remember this works only when you're viewing the map; it might work in other views as well, I'm just unable to check it atm.
