What are people's opinions here on whether a member of congress should be allowed to serve when the voluntarily swear allegiance to an other country? The constitution does not address this.
There is also the concern with members of congress with dual allegiance having access to classified or sensitive information, but that's another issue.
So should a member of congress be allowed to serve after swearing allegiance to a foreign country?
