Yep. For example:
C:\Games\SH3 Commander\Random\0\Date\19390901\data\etc\MyFile.c fg (with "x" = 10.8)
C:\Games\SH3 Commander\Random\1\Date\19390901\data\etc\MyFile.c fg (with "x" = 10.4)
C:\Games\SH3 Commander\Random\2\Date\19390901\data\etc\MyFile.c fg (with "x" = 11.2)
C:\Games\SH3 Commander\Random\3\Date\19390901\data\etc\MyFile.c fg (with "x" = 11.4)
C:\Games\SH3 Commander\Random\4\Date\19390901\data\etc\MyFile.c fg (with "x" = 11.0)
etc
SH3Cmdr generates a random number between 0 and the number of random folders found. It then copies the files from the selected random folder into SH3. You'll see that under "\Random\x" is a "Date" folder and then the date and SH3 structure. So, if 2 is selected, then the value of "x" in game will be 11.2.

Beery was still working on it just before Christmas. But he's been a bit preoccupied lately with "real life". I think you should still continue though. I'm sure RUb changes to Sim.cfg would be minimal, if any.
