We are still not getting a full reporting of that story here. Is there any evidence other than this "sunburn" that this woman allowed her kid to use the tanning booth?
Did the kid say anything incriminating?
If the kid got sunburned on the head and shoulders, she probably was not in a tanning booth. If, however, these burns are not in areas where kids normally get sunburned, then that might indicate she was in a tanning booth. We need more information.
The stories I have read about this are lacking in the details.
