There has been alot of discussion around this. I dont personally understand why the reloading takes so long, but its supposed to be realistic.
Someone had sm files that could make the reloading time shorter but I use the long-load method.
Actually, I was today forced to sink a Large Cargo with my 88mm and it took bout 2.5 hours (real time). But finally the sucker sunk...
