Ahoy Swordfish.
Have you added any mods or switched them around before this started happening.
I'm assuming your running "Mighty Fine Crew". There are some mods that need to be activated before "mighty fine crew" or they will interfere with the animations. If you post your mod list, this might help or you can go to

This thread has a lot of mod loadout orders for some of the Admirals here. For instance, I got a lot of help on my mod order from Sober. Once I switched around some of the mods I saw just how many mods were really not working "up to parr" before. After the order was corrected, the mods were really working and the game has just been awesome.
