Nope, I just reloaded OHII including the Total Germany patch. Still I'm getting the ghost ship.
The stock ships are clear- it only seems certain ones that came with the OHII that has the texture issue. Mainly cargo it seems. Other than that I couldn't tell you exactly what the names of the ships are that are doing this. I don't use the external camera because I have the settings to realistic.
