I would have to disagree to some extent FONV is the most recent game (as far as I know by Obsidian and they do work for larger publishers developers so you can not always blame them for mistakes if they had to work under a rushed dead line(super common these days) then I feel that is more the fault of the publisher that contracted with Obsidian for making them push a game through.

The reason I think that Obsidian should work on the remaining Fallouts is because several of the higher up guys there worked on the "original Fallouts and the canceled Van Vuren as well so in the end Fallout is truly their legacy and i am glad that they got the chance to work on FONV because they did a really good job.

I think Beth has the rights for long enough to publish two more FO games which means more than likely they are going to release another "side" story Fallout before they release 4.I think you are misunderstanding a little bit though I never said that I do not want to see Howard not work on the next games.I want the next Fallout's to have the best potential and that would mean the folks that worked on FO3 at Beth (including Howard)and the Obsidian people that worked on FONV.I am pretty sure that Howard and Beth must have highly approved of the Obsidian team other wise they would not chosen them to work on FONV the fact that they did and that FONV was very popular means that surely in future Fallouts they will work together again or on a larger scale next from what I understand Beth allowed Obsidian to do the majority of the work on FONV and Beth was basically just the publisher.
