This mod is an oldie, great mod, but itīs for SH4 1.4. If you have TMO 25, you have SH4 1.5. Because that, you will have some issues with the sounds.
You can try Poul Sounds for SH4 1.5 in TMO 25, they are great sounds.
Also you have Websterīs Missing Voices mod and Speech Overhaul mod, and EAX sounds for SH4, all compatible with TMO 25 (I havenīt problems with these mods).
