There have been some loadout/resupply issues reported with the AI helos, and I think that 1.03 actually addresses some of them. :hmm:
Not sure exactly on that.
In terms of the helo dipping doctrine update, I would install that, as it does work properly and I don't think it causes any problems.
FFG is not my area of expertise however.
