Welcome aborad Rourke777.
For the attack periscope, use the "Page Up/Page Down" keys, for the Observation/Night Scope you use the "Insert/Delete" keys. Or, you can just click on the periscope icon (
the buttons on the bottom of the periscope station) at the bottom.
