You can also use timetraveller´s "Mini Tweaker":

Open the GUNS_SUB_sim tweak file and change the reload time in both 88mm entries.
If this is too complicated for you let me know what reload time you want, I will then change the file for you and upload it. |
Well i edited as you said above. And The GUNS_SUB.sim shows a new file date in my SH3/data/library folder which means the file was edit but reload times have not changed..
Any ideas?
