Also keep an eye on the leer (game name for the Navigation Chart table). The positions of the maps under the main chart change from several to one to an empty table.
This was done by a member whose name is mentioned in the readme, based on my conversion to SH3 of a mod done for SH2. Stock SH3 doesn't have the floor and feet.
