I belive its based on a book, anyway I saw it on a date with a Polish girl back in 1999, I can honestly say it was the dullest movie ever made, literally nothing happens
So boring we almost walked out.
Dont get me wrong, being the compromising boyfriend that I am- Ive sat though a fair amount of moden U.S & British Romantic comedies, I can just about tolerate them, but the formula is always the same, an hour of will they/wont they tension, then at the end it all goes to crap, then they miraculously get together at the end (usally on some public platform so a crowd can give them an applause, puke, puke....)
Im happy that Miss JU_88 is in to psycho thrillers, and 'who dun it' crime dramas, much more up my ally
She'll even sit though the odd war movie so long as it has a decent narrative.
