re-enable mod via JSGME. Start the DbgView app. Start the game. Once the main menu is shown ensure there is a journal selected under 'Ships Journal' (make sure it doesn't say None under it) then click the journal to try and spawn the journal editor app. I'll need to see the DbgView output. |

I should note, again, that the Journal Viewer spawns just fine from the main menu, it just says "Unable to Open File" after it spawns and then, when I choose "Open" from the "File" menu, immediately points to the right directory and opens it without a problem that way.
