I have just done this very same thing a few weeks ago.
As your two monitors are not the same size (like mine) you cant use them as supper wide screen.
Nor can you have extra windows open.
What you can do is run TDWs debug on one screen and SH5 on the other.
You can then see most things the game is upto (using TDWs UI gives lots of info)
