often this happens when the saved game gets corrupted somehow, maybe its because it is dependent on some mod or mod version you uninstalled in order to work right and finding the exact right combination is depending on pure luck and chance.
its not the game its the saved game so reinstalling will not help you.
your saved games are just no longer usable now
