As he mentioned Career Start, I got that from 2.0 because it wasn't in 2.2.
Hopefully it works. Install it on top of TMO 2.5.

Hey Art, That's exactly what I did. with one exception, I changed the upgradeclass for "Gar" boats from 2 to 1 as well.
I did 3 patrols in an S class originating in Manila, was bumped up to a Sargo, on my 6th patrol I was upgraded to a Gato....seems the fix works....
