Yes the OLC GUI mod is great. You can install it over GWX too, if that's what you are running.
One thing I particularly like about it is the fact it makes the observation scope useful again (it has a higher zoom level than the attack scope). It takes a bit of practice to move from one scope to the other, but it's fun
