From the stats you list I'd say you can run SH4 full throttle. Ubi says that SH4 isn't supported for laptops, but many people run it on them and say they have no problems.
You will want to pick up one of the supermods (RFB, TMO, FOTRS, OM) and will likely end up wanting more, but for now just play a few missions and enjoy the game.
