1) Don't panic (this is very important; most likely you are just experiencing a prolonged period of good luck weather)

2) AIL sky mods work just fine. As long as you installed it to the correct directory, you will see clouds when they are supposed to be there.

3) Make sure you read your other mod instrustions carefully in order to avoid conflicts between different mods.
