This could be a delete the dragables fix
Goto your SH5 main folder and delete the files:-
Page*********_Draggables.TDW
These files remember where windows have been move to and when you reload the game will be where you left them.
If these windows (soan) go missing - deleting these files will put them back to where they started. New Page*********_Draggables.TDW will be written when you next start the game
