I'm having a very perplexing problem with TvT/ZeeWolf crashing.
I have zero problems running original TvT under W7_64 Ult.
I have zero problems running TvT with the "Christmas Mod" installed.
I have, initially, zero problems running TvT with Foundation/Jan 2012 Update. I can access all single missions and the campaign. Frame rates are good,etc.
The problem starts after I've exited the game and then go back to restart. Missions and campaign CTD.
Event shows an error: 0xc0000005;
TvT.exe relating to controls.dll
To play it safe, I've run diagnostics on memory, on-board sound and hd with no problems exhibited.
I've also tried the NT_Core 4gb patch with various compatibility modes and the same problem and error happens only after I restart the game.
I've never encountered this type of problem and since it seems to revolve around the "controls.dll" file, I'm at a loss at this time. I've even gone so far as to save the "controls.dll" before and after the crashes to open and compare them and don't see any difference.
Any and all assistance would be appreciated. I'm running out of straws to grasp.
