Yes you can use "shadow inprovement mod". YouŽll find it in a folder inside Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1_Patch_2 called Shadows, there you have "normal" or LowResolution, try the normal, if any problem use the LR.
Antilag is not really a mod, all you have to do is to put the 2 files (dll and cfg) in the main SH5 directory (you can configure the max FPS you want, and the frames render ahead to avoid lagging with the mouse and sttutering).

These are good values for any system.
