that's true, but within
very strict limits: Dynamic Environment adds several new climatic areas and weather types; if you mess too much with its ini files or with its climatezones.tga map, you will most probably be punished with the worst sanction: immediate CTDs.
Finetuning the mod in order to avoid such an evenience, costed to me and stoianm a lot of work, so if someone wants to tweak it, he should be ready to do the same and understand how this mod works. You cannot simply choose parts from other mods and merge them in it.
