Didn't they put in for one of those licence things from the EU that stated it HAD to be brewed in Newcastle to be called Newcastle Brown Ale? (Like how Parmesan that isn't made in Parma is called 'Italian style grated cheese'.) What happened there?

I'm glad no-one has mentioned Stella...tried it once and immediately rebranded it 'reassuringly overpriced for the taste'.
