Oh the DLC comes with the pc version (episodes) Signal and The Writer, I decided to try out one of them before and not only did it tell part of the main story ending from the original game
but it overwrites my saved point from the original game
So I had to start from an earlier save point which was way back. Pressing esc doesn't cancel when the story is audio in your face explaining what happened at the end of the original story, no I didn't even think to turn down the volume & look away I just kinda blankly stared at the screen thinking OMG Alan Wake has just trolled me good! lol
Just a warning don't try out the DLC till after the main game is completed.
