It is very easy to do. You need to find the file you want in SH2, convert it to the proper format ( both correct kHz and file type ), then rename it to match the SH3 file EXACTLY. many of SH2 sound files that are in the Sfx/fx folder will fit perfectly in SH3. If you have a sound editing program(Sounblaster cards have a easy to use editor as part of the software package, Creative Wave Studio ) you can reformat the files from stereo to mono as required by SH3. The best sounds are unfortunatley in the speech files of SH2. These need to be converted to .ogg format to work in SH3. You then need someone to provide a detailed list of what all the files in the SH3 speech folder represent and go about matching them up. There is already a conversion of DBSM for SH2 to fit SH3, I do not know how complete the conversion is. I just did part of the fx folder for myself and it was already close to 100meg! wish I could share it but working from a dial up connex would take forever to upload!
