I once attacked a group of Khajits on the road, deep in the wilderness.
Upon the first and second deaths I got bounty messages. Upon killing the last one, the bounty evaporated.
No witnesses, no bounty.
No worries about being mean. I am sure the bandits, and draugrs think you are mean as well.
So leave your morals at the door and follow my simple checklist!
1: travel to high hrothgar.
2: Back horse up to precarious edge of mountain.
3: FUS RO DA!
4: Laugh at tumbling equine form.
5: Profit!
Rinse and repeat, this is hilarious to do with Faendal or Lydia.
