Also i found that at the start of the campaign files there are values about the weather.
the same for the scr and rnd layers.
I modified my campaign values because i had a very low weather randonmization with a lot of days with storms or sunny weather and calm weather during two weeks in all the way to my patrol grid in the middle of the atlantic

and no partial clouds.or very rare.
I noticied a more random weather now , at least in my system works well :hmm:
for example:
18:00 calm waters,clear
8:00 partial clouds, no wind
10:00 cloudy, lightings, wind 15 ms
but could be interesting more testing to confirm the ressults ...
Note that the single missions had a very different values that the stock campaign
(academy convoy attack values, now in my patrol)
