The 1.2 patch did install but the patch for the launcher fails. Would that cause a CTD? Everything else seems in order to get the game running

EDIT: Still no go

It crashes to desktop as the game loads up.

Shows the loading screen.. winds up for about 30 seconds, then "click" sound and back to the desktop
