Now, I had, on a scant few occasions, come across ships that were floating ABOVE the water, if that's what you're talking about. This was a couple of years ago, so I'm not too keen on the details. I'm not actually certain what the cause was, but in my particular case, it was either due to an improperly installed mod or a possible conflict with undeleted "
Saved Games" files in
My Documents/SHIV/DATA/CFG/Saved Games.
I don't know if this is the issue in your particular case, but it would help to know what version you're using in both SHIV and TMO.
